### 1. Introduction

Welcome to AuricFlex®'s training course. By enrolling in and attending this course, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

### 2. Course Material

All course materials provided by AuricFlex® are for the exclusive use of the registered course attendee. The course materials are non-transferable and must not be shared, distributed, or passed on to any third parties. Only the individual who has registered and paid for the course is authorised to use and practice the course material.

### 3. Registration and Payment

- Only Level 3 qualified Reflexologists may enrol onto the AuricuFlex® course. 

- Registration for the course is only considered complete upon receipt of full payment.

- Payment must be made through the methods specified during the registration process.

### 4. Equal Opportunities 

We are commited to ensure fairness and equality for all participants on the AuricuFlex® CPD course. Please reffer to our Equal Opportunities policy for further information. 

### 5. Course Attendance

- Attendees must attend all scheduled sessions and complete 3 case studies to receive a certificate of completion.

- AuricuFlex® reserves the right to deny certification to attendees who miss sessions without prior approval or do not submit their case studies.

### 6. Intellectual Property

- All intellectual property rights within the course materials are owned by AuricuFlex®.

- Unauthorised use, copying, reproduction, recording, or distribution of any course materials is strictly prohibited.

### 7. Non-Transferability

The rights and obligations under these terms and conditions are personal to the attendee and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person.

### 8. Code of Conduct

- Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.

- AuricuFlex® reserves the right to remove any attendee who is disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.

### 9. Liability

- AuricuFlex® will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the course.

- Attendees participate in the course at their own risk.

### 10. Refund Policy

- Attendees may request a refund in writing within 30 days of the course start date.

- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to appointmentwithaly@gmail.com.

- A full refund will be provided if the request is received at least 30 days before the course start date. For requests received less than 30 days before the start date, AuricuFlex® reserves the right to offer a partial refund or credit towards a future course.

### 11. Cancellation and Rescheduling

- AuricuFlex® reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.

- In the event of cancellation by AuricuFlex®, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the course on a rescheduled date.

### 12. Disclaimer - AuricuFlex® will Not be held responsible for any malpractice after the completion of the course. 

- It is the course attendee’s responsibility to gain additional insurance for auricular acupuncture prior to practicing AuricuFlex®. 

- It is the course attendee’s responsibility to use a medical sharps bin and obtain a sharps collection or legal disposal method for all needles used for AuricuFlex®.  We recommend that the course attendee reads the HSE guidelines: https://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/hsis7.pdf

### 13. Privacy Policy

- AuricuFlex® respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

### 14. Amendments

AuricuFlex® reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to attendees and will take effect immediately.

### 15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By enrolling onto this training course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
